Made-to-order policy

Halfbak3d Sports items are made to order and fulfilled on demand. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size selected

color choice

buyer’s remorse

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

your order number

clear photos of the issue (and packaging if relevant)

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take a few business days to post the refund.
