Welcome to Halfbak3d Sports (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of halfbak3dsports.com and any purchases made through our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Store basics

Halfbak3d Sports sells apparel and goods that are produced and fulfilled on demand through third-party fulfillment partners (including Printful). Product availability, fulfillment locations, and shipping carriers may vary.

2) Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Taxes (when applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse orders if a listing error occurs.

3) Made-to-order production (important)

Most items are made to order. Once an order enters production, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. Double-check your size, color, and shipping address before submitting your order.

4) Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or fulfillment volume. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5) Returns, refunds, and replacements

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve it (replacement or refund where appropriate).

6) Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to reship it for free.

7) Promotions and discounts

We may offer promo codes from time to time. Promo codes:

  • have no cash value
  • may expire
  • may be limited to certain products
  • generally cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

8) Intellectual property

All content on this site—including logos, designs, product images, graphics, and text—is owned by Halfbak3d Sports or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit our content or designs without written permission.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site operations, or use the site for unlawful activity.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halfbak3d Sports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
